I ordered online 6 cupcakes I there to pick up my order and the girl was nice and let me know that one I ordered was not avaliable and gave a good recommendation that I went down (I would check but I didn't even think about it)But I have all the way to home, that is 1 hour away. I opened the box to see that I had 4 of my cupcakes so I called and spoke to someone who then promised that they would call me back in relation to the thema never called me back the next time I was in the city, I could get the 2 cupcakes. if I asked who I had to talk about the thing if it didn't happen to me a name only told my name, she would tell the manager and then call me back what I would still have to hear abo...
Everything here looks beautiful. but always tastes old or stale. I've tried three times and just abandoned. I tried a chocolate, strawberry type one, and I think the other was a lemon. all were bland, stale and dry. the icing had not even tasted much. have they found out of a coworker who stopped one thing with it? nothing here is really fresh, nothing. She said it is even worse for specialty like sugar free or gluten-free, apparently they only sit for days until they are bought. there are much better opportunities in the city and I will stay with these options.
Their cakes a beautiful and delicious if you can actually ever place an order. Called and sent an email for a quote and was told they could do my cake and a week later after calling them every single day, I was told they were booked and would not be able to do it. Now I have wasted so much time dealing with them I won’t be able to find anyone else to do my cake. Won’t be giving them my business anymore. Extremely disappointed in their customer service.
A few days ago there were cupcakes for my husband's birthday to buy. We ate them when we came home and they were terrible. The chopstick was bone-dried. Wedding cake didn't taste like wedding cake... vanilla cake. Not to mention that I've been waiting for someone to help me a few times for a good 10 min, even hi. For $26 these cupcakes weren't worth it.

my high time is in three weeks and I went two weeks ago to order my cake and they are full! the baker idk when she was the owner, but she was so sweet and pressed me in, I was as happy as I get my birthday cake every year here and it's the only place I made my high-time cake! super sweet! I hope I have good experiences at gigis!
I just wanted to let others know that my experiences at Gigi's in Jonesboro have always been great. The staff greets me kindly and is patient when I can't make up my mind (which is often). Everything I've ever eaten has been delicious!!! Great cupcakes and great service. Think I need a cupcake today!
I ordered and paid for 4 cupcakes the day before I wanted to pick them up. When I got there they told me they were sold out. I am still waiting on a refund to my card. I will never go there again
I rarely come to Jonesboro, but when I do, I love coming here, but they were closed today. There was a note on the door from yesterday, but no update for today. I'm so sad.

I really enjoy their cupcakes, the icing is amazing! I just wish the ladies working had a little better customer service.
