Gilbert's has been one of my favorite spots for pastries and coffee in Miami for over 20 years. It's a must-visit destination in the city. The cortadito with evaporated milk is truly the standout. If you haven't been to Gilbert's, you really haven't experienced Miami.
The staff was helpful, but that's all I can say. The sandwiches were muddy and soggy; I assume I will be prefabricated the day before. The Spanish Torta was tasteless. The croissants were stabbed. Never go back.
The Assorted Mini Desserts Tray was beautifully presented! The packaging was a perfect 10/10, and they even included a lovely note! The dessert items were stunning, although I'm not a big fan of tarts. lol

Ordered a birthday Buttercream Vanilla Cake when in a jam that was decorated absolutely beautifully with flowers and ribbons. The cake was personalized and cake with a cutter and a candle!!
This is my favorite bakery! Their brunch and snack platters are outstanding. I also adore their cakes and coffee. My family is always thrilled when I bring home treats from Gilbert's.

Initially, they didn’t send the Key Lime pie I ordered; instead, they sent a fruit tart. Unfortunately, it was old and tasted bad. I would like a credit for it.
