I discovered this restaurant while searching for a lunch spot. I placed an online order for dal makhani and roti, which came to nearly $15. When I arrived, I parked nearby and walked inside. A man approached me, and after I mentioned I was there for a pick-up and gave him my name, he handed over my order, and I left with minimal interaction. The restaurant isn't very spacious, and I'm not sure if there’s an option to dine in. Once I got home, I dug into my meal, and there was a generous portion. However, I found the flavor of the dal and the roti to be quite bland. It wasn't bad, but I felt it could have used more seasoning. Overall, my experience was decent but not remarkable.
This restaurant has very delicious food, however, if you ask them for anything extra… they are extremely nasty. Also, the portions are a very very small.. if you order chicken tikka masala, you will only get about four pieces of chicken. I asked him if I could have some extra rice and they said no absolutely not. You cannot have any extra rice.. I have since been going to Jawlwa modern Indian cuisine in Monclair, and they are so kind and so accommodating I would advise you to do the same.
I just ordered from this restaurant for the first time, and I am extremely pleased with the freshness of the food. My husband and I are Indian, and we've tried various kinds of Indian cuisine from all over New York and New Jersey. This place is definitely one of the best! I'm so excited to have found my new go-to spot for Indian comfort food.
The server was very accomodating. The quantity was sufficient and the price was good. I was happy with the size and filling of my Samosas, they were really good. The pastry could have been a little fresher none the less I see my self returning to see if that was an just off moment. oh the dipping sauces were really tasty.

The flavors were fantastic, the food was served at the perfect temperature, and the portion sizes were generous for an excellent price. This is the best Indian food I've had in a long time, and I will definitely be returning! As for the vegetarian options, they were both delicious and of high quality.
The food here was absolutely delicious! I would definitely return. They serve a generous amount of naan, which is great. The butter chicken was tasty, the rice was perfectly soft, and the samosas were just right. The Gobi Manchurian was fantastic—spicy yet sweet and sour.
Very bland.I was solicited to have an Indian restaurant open within walking distance.I love Indian food.New ginger unfortunately is tasteless and simply bad.
We always order Takeout here and have never been disappointed. Their food is delicious and authentic. Love the food and would definitely recommend!
