Ordered the $50 meal deal very disappointed with the Lemon chicken very old and hard looks like the chicken has been deep fried twice and must have been sitting around, fried rice was gluggy and sticky like steamed rice no tase at all, Beef and black bean taste was weird and smelt off meat was jelly looking sweet and sour pork not like we aways have it was covered in sauce to cover up hard pieces of pork I'm very surprised as the meals have always been great but we have all been un well with upset tummy's. It has been some time since my partner and I last dined at this restaurant. The staff is friendly and efficient. We were seated at a quiet table for two towards the back of the restaurant, as we arrived early at 5:30 pm. We brought a bottle of wine with us (corkage fee is inexpensive) and enjoyed the Peking Duck with Noodles and the Salt and Pepper Lobster, both of which were generous in portion size and delicious. We definitely plan on returning in the future.
Ginling is the ultimate suburban Chinese takeaway have dined in too which was fun! Great portions, great price, fast and friendly service, we love this staple of our neighbourhood!
