We always end up at vili's when we want a quick and filling meal when other places are closed. We ventured there straight after a dusk match at Adelaide oval recently and were able to have a proper meal (rather than fast food). We shared a big breakfast (available 24/7) and a bowl of hot chips with gravy and 2 coffees. The food was hot and the chips were excellent. The coffee was hot and the service was quick even though there were lots of footy fans.
Attended recently as have done on previous occasions. A great cafe and very good for what it is - a cafe with a range of eat-in or take-a-way food from a a common menu. Pies, pasties and other patries of various flavours and types. Other bakery items and hot budget priced meals available. This is not silver service or sit and ponder over your meal. It is a get in- eat and move out cafe with the basics well presented. Not certain if licensed.
Always a great hot breakfast at this Cafe eggs Benedict and coffee in way to airport. Great service friendly staff always clean surroundings and saw friends there at same time They sell amazing cakes pies pastries etc to take home or dine in. Catering platters for functions available very popular place always busy
Stuck for something to eat at 9pm on way home so called into Vili'is for a schnitzel and chips. Only traditional Pork style available which was delicious and the chips were cooked to perfection and hot. Gravy a bit gluggy. Wide range of pastries available, of course. Another quick, affordable and reliably good food. I love dropping in and knowing that the food will be good. My favourite food to order are the chips and gravy followed by a matchstick. Yum, might drop in today!
For a 24/7 cafe, Vilis has it all! It has the tastiest pie floaters and the best hot chips around. It is defiantly a destination and I would recommend it to everyone, solo in groups and with or with out kids.
Dropped in for lunch with the family, and once again loved the Pork Schnitzel with chips and gravy. The cakes and slices are also a bonus, have some while you there, then take some home.

I can't believe they make the best pies, chips AND gravy all in one place! The pies are made in-house, the gravy is thick and tasty and the chips are hot...
