Good evening, Sorry that I have to come here and leave this type of review but it must be said. So I just received my order via UberEats for the Shrimp Parm with pasta and these shrimp must be pre cooked or just over cooked and they cannot be the same size shrimp or quality that you guys serve inside for seated guest. It is sad when you have to smother the main item with sauce, breading and cheese all to bite down into a tiny overcooked shrimp that's also not clean. First time ordering and I'm extremely disappointed as this will be my last. Please stop doing customers like this especially via delivery.
May look different from when I was a kid, but that Roman slice is still just as good as all those years ago. Yes the Roman slice. Gino's of Howard Beach is a pretty solid pizza joint, but I can't help but get this slice every time I find myself here. What's a Roman slice you might be asking? It's a stuffed pizza slice with pepperoni, sausage, cheese, onion and potatoes. Yes, POTATOES! it's really one of the best slices out there and if you haven't had it, you're doing a real disservice to yourself.
This restaurant is an absolute gem. I discovered it while searching online on my way to the hotel from JFK Airport, and it truly set the standard for the rest of my trip. I've been in NYC for about three days now, and I haven't come across a pizza that comes close to this one—highly recommend it! The customer service was excellent; everyone was very friendly. I definitely plan to return! And, by the way, they have the best dessert I’ve ever had.
Three stars for the service. We came here because my daughter wanted pasta for her 17th birthday. It used to be good, but the quality has really dropped. It's disappointing to spend $244 and not enjoy the food. You’re better off spending a little more and going to Bruno's—I’m not holding back on that recommendation. LADIES STAY CLEAR. Waiters are perverts. Young kid in his 20s working there kept harassing a minor saying even though she's not 18 yet it's ok for her to hookup with guy in 20s. I am so annoyed and can't believe young girls had to go through this in this day and age. Unbelievable. That person deserves to be fired, I will definitely not be coming back here after seeing what happened.
Truly authentic Italian cuisine! The pizza is outstanding—definitely some of the best genuine pizza I've ever had. I tried the sausage and pepperoni, and it was delicious. One slice was enough to leave everyone feeling satisfied.
