Chicken and sauce here is standard Peruvian chicken! Flavorful and delicious, great option! Crispy skin, lots of taste! But where they glow over the rest are their other options! The taco salad is amazing, steak or chicken both delicious. The Burritos are also good. And they are very good at completing adjustments and substitutes! I know that they can be annoying and so many restaurants don't seem to be careful that they take food, but Gios has always finished mine and never seemed excited! Your pages are also very fresh and crisp (or not crisp, if not meant! The fries are steakfries beautiful and crispy, vegetables had good season! We are new in the area and this is my new favorite place!
