Low-key and awesome!. Tried Giuseppe's for the first time tonight. The cheese bread was more than a decent serving for the price and was really good (loved the fact that they gave enough marinara for it). I got the chicken, prosciutto, and basil penne with alfredo and it was delicious! My boyfriend got the chef's calzone and loved it. We both had enough leftovers for another meal each. The atmosphere was really nice for a date. Not too fancy, but the dim lighting and quietness of the restaurant gave it a romantic feel. Service was good, and the prices for everything were very reasonable. We'll definitely be back. Would recommend to anyone!
Giuseppe’s Cafe certainly lived up to our expectations. We were a group of 6 out for dinner celebrating. There was a very private and family feel to the restaurant. The food was served hot, fresh and it was well above the average! Waite staff took great care of us and kept our glasses topped off. This is not your typical Italian restaurant nor typical dishes. The food was so authentic I could have swore I saw Tony Soprano and his crew sharing a meal . Stop in and try this great little Italian restaurant. It was a great dinner and dining experience!
This visit was my first time here, and what an incredible experience! It smelled too good to stop and take a picture before we could get a few bites in. Undoubtedly the best lasagna I've had in Alabama! The service was great, and even though it was bustling the servers didn't rush us and always made sure we were set with enough drinks and napkins. The cheese bread was great too!
The food was amazing!! Make reservations! Or make a order to go. Tables filled up right after thebdoors opened. I had their lasagna, my girlfriend had the meatball sub. Definitely try them if you have not already! We were visiting from the west coast.

I think this is a great little Italian place. Service has always been great anytime I've been there and the food is spectacular. I highly recommend it, and it's not overpriced. Very reasonable for the portions and the quality of the dining.
Pizza. We had the veggie pizza and added eggplant chicken. Really good reasonably priced. We also ordered cheesy bread. The bread was freshly made the sauce was great. I don't like sweet sauces this one was savory).
We enjoyed both awesome food and great service! The bread is airy and light and the entrees that everyone ordered were huge! We tried 3 pasta dishes and a sub as a group. Everything was excellent!
They rock, I have eaten there for years and they treat me like a regular should. I highly recommend this place and am glad to have such a great neighborhood spot.

Addicted.. I love Giuseppe's. I love nearby and order to go all the time. It's addicting! I love the meatball sub, and the lasagna. And the tiramisu is amazing.
Outstanding old fashioned food. Unbeatable prices! I will be back!!!
