Glapwell Tea Room Coffee Shop

The quaint tea and coffee shop may be small, but it boasts a fantastic selection of cakes. The snack menu is excellent, and the staff are friendly and attentive. However, the toilet facilities are limited and located in the garden center. On a positive note, a brand-new coffee shop and bistro is set to open soon, which promises to be a lovely addition after the renovations.

Four of us went for lunch last Sunday, and I must say the service was impressively fast, even though the place was busy. The food was excellent and well-prepared, and there was a great selection of delicious cakes. The prices are quite reasonable as well. Overall, it’s hard to go wrong choosing this spot for afternoon tea!

We took my parents out for afternoon tea, and they thoroughly enjoyed it. They said the sandwiches and cakes were lovely and fresh. They also mentioned that all the staff were wonderful. Thank you so much—we will definitely be back!
