Not bad at all for a takeout place in a strip mall. I got the Glatt Fusion Lover combo of maki rolls, and they tasted fresh, good. Didn't realize that this was takeout only, so ended up making my order in person. Service is prompt, but a bit rough around the edges, and I got the impression that the front desk doesn't really know what the kitchen is doing. Also, the order was supposed to be three types of rolls, but I could only distinguish two; might have been the spice level. Note: sushi entrees are listed as coming with soup and salad, but actually come only with soup. On the plus side, the soup portion is generous.
I was in Roseland for business and decided to check out this restaurant. I must say, the food was outstanding. I was only there for two nights but couldn't resist returning for dinner on my second night instead of trying a different place. On the first night, I had beef with broccoli, and on the second, I went for General Tso's chicken. Both evenings, I enjoyed beef fried rice and an egg roll. The portions were quite generous, and the service was superb. If you're in the area and looking for delicious kosher Chinese food, this place is definitely worth a visit.
I'm disappointed. I was looking forward to the return of kosher Chinese food in West Orange, but it seems that Glatt Fusion has decided to make its menu nut-free. My favorite dishes include cashews and peanuts, so I won't be dining there anytime soon. While they have every right to make this choice, I believe the menu should accurately reflect their policy, as otherwise it can be misleading. I understand that some individuals need to avoid nuts, and I appreciate that, but transparency is important.
The most tastiest Chinese food that I've had in a while. My husband and I love their sushi selection too! The owner is always very friendly and accommodating to my dietary restrictions. I've catered from here before too- good prices and amazing food. I highly recommend Glatt Fusion!

The freshest Chinese/Japanese food in the area. I eat here often because the food is that good. You can taste the difference between flash frozen/thawed out and super fresh and well prepared. Glatt Fusion is the latter.
I've ordered from this restaurant a few times for different offices, and although there have been some mix-ups with the orders, they were quick to resolve the issues. The staff appeared to enjoy their work.
Very good sushi, one of the best in the area! Always fresh and beautifully presented. I get sesame chicken or orange chicken for my husband, which is always good too.
Horrible food! Dried disgusting chicken... tasted so bad I threw up all night!!! Never seen food this horrible! Shameful!!!

I'm sorry to report that Glatt Fusion is now closed. It appears that the location has been taken over by Reuben Glatt Spot.
The food is consistently delicious, and the prices are very reasonable!
