This is hands down the best restaurant in Pensacola that I’ve ever visited! I've been there before, but I finally had to try the lamb lollipops that were seasoned to perfection. The Israeli couscous was out of this world (sorry, I took the photo after we dug in). For our entrees, I had the pesto tuna, which was cooked beautifully. The pesto was probably the best I’ve ever had, and the creamy tomato sauce was absolutely heavenly. I also tried polenta for the first time, and it exceeded my expectations. My husband ordered the NY strip, and it was worth every penny (and I’ll overlook the lamb lollipop bone – I told you the food was delicious!). The service was top-notch as well. If you haven’t...
We sat at the bar for about 10 minutes without being attended to, and it was challenging to get a menu. One of the bartenders, Josh, was genuinely friendly and tried to help us, but the other seemed more focused on chatting with friends than serving customers. I ordered a tequila drink based on the bartender's suggestion, but it turned out to be overwhelmingly strong and lacked any depth of flavor, coming off more like a shot than a cocktail. Overall, we really wanted to enjoy our time there, but we didn’t feel welcomed, and our experience did not meet our expectations. We're unsure if we would consider returning in the future. We enjoyed a wonderful meal filled with appetizers and tapas. We tried the Scallop Di Bad Special, which included the hearty lobster cheesecake (amazing!), the creamy NOLA BBQ shrimp (delicious), and the lamb lollipops (small chops that tasted even better than the last time we had them). We paired our dishes with excellent wines and cocktails, and our server was knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. We can’t wait to return with friends or for another special occasion!

Global Grill was an incredible experience. The wine selection was fantastic, the appetizers were delightful, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend the lobster wontons, tempura-fried asparagus, and the steaks. Our server was very knowledgeable and had years of experience at the restaurant, which helped him guide us in our choices and suggest perfect pairings. I can’t wait to come back soon!
The atmosphere is fantastic! The presentation of the food is impressive, and everything is prepared exceptionally well. This is a top-notch establishment. Every duck I saw looked and smelled incredible. Most dishes contain dairy, but the chef is able to prepare a few non-dairy options.

Absolutely wonderful restaurant! I brought my family there, and we had a delightful meal. It's a great place for families, although it is a bit on the expensive side. Just a note: they don’t offer chicken fingers on the menu.
