Unfortunately disappointing – not recommended We had made a reservation for the evening, but upon our arrival, it had been booked, and more consideration was given to guests who were seated incorrectly. Despite the confirmation, we had to wait a long time until we were reluctantly assigned a table. The actual dining experience was unfortunately just as disappointing: We were served the wrong dish – and instead of an apology or solving the problem, we were fobbed off with rude comments. Our criticism was neither taken seriously nor received in a friendly manner. On the contrary: the staff was unfriendly and at times even rude. A visit to a restaurant should be a pleasant experience – unfortun...
Were with a group during the Annafest. Despite the large group, the meal came relatively quickly. Almost everyone got their food at the same time and there were over 20 people. Really great. Tastes very good. Portion size OK, but not huge. Schäuferla are highly recommended.
We ate in the Glockenkeller during our company outing. It was very tasty and very cozy in the living room with a fire in the oven. Schäuferla and horseradish meat are a dream. And the bell cellar is always worth a trip to Forchheim. We would definitely like to come back.
The Glockenkeller is the best beer cellar in all of Franconia. There is cold Rittmayer. The boss is a stunner and the 9th Forchheim beer queen, Melanie, also works here. The Schäuferla are the best in Franconia! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
First, we didn 't get our reserved table. Second, one of us didn 't get his food. After hearing our criticism, the waitress responded: We couldn 't have asked for better customers... Simply outrageous.
Schöner Biergarten/Keller am Berg. Hervorragender Service. Auch bei 30 Grad auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!
