We went one evening with a group of friends who had eaten here before. Having heard so much about the restaurant and that it was very good we were keen to try it. Well what a huge disappointment! It was one of the worst curries I have had in Perth and we have been to many Indian restaurants around the town. The portions were very small, the fish was terrible and there were very few prawns in one if the dishes. Far too much undercooked gravy for 2 small pieces of fish. There was no 'chef special'. Very overrated. Small portions of everything we ordered, including steamed rice! The toilets were not clean either. A coat of paint and an upgrade in their cleanliness would not go amiss. I haven't eaten a lot of Indian cuisine- so when a friend wanted to have a birthday meal at GoGo's, I was a little hesitant. I had heard about the great reputation of the restaurant though, so was willing to go along.The staff were great, friendly and knowledgeable. The meals for our group arrived all together. I tried some things I had never had, and was surprised at how much I enjoyed the meals.I will return with my family, I know they would also very much enjoy it. Plus I need more of the butter chicken, tikka masala & that naan bread, yum.Thank you
Very rude owner!! We waited an hour and a half for our food to arrive, and then the order was made wrong so one of us had to wait another 30 minutes for the food. The waiter agreed that this would be complimentary however when we went to pay the owner questioned why it was given complimentary, and not at one point did he apologise. If this is how he treats customers I hate to think how he treats his staff. Very helpful waiter and did the best she could. Won't be recommending this place or going here again!!!
We came here in a group of 6 and were unsure what to order as we were unfamiliar with the indian menu. The waiter took time to explain the menu and gave us some great suggestions and advice after asking us a few questions about what foods we liked. This was extremely helpful and as it was we ended up with food we probably wouldn't have ordered and it all complimented each other. We had a great time and enjoyed our meal. We visited on a Saturday night at 6:30pm. The place was packed to the rafters. Service was still very good, although because of the high crowd at a birthday party, we did have to wait a little while for the food. Started with their wonderful cheese kurkuries, then had one main meal between the two of us. One downside, they don't serve salted lassi's.
Fantastic reception and waitresses with perfect knowledge of the menu and perfect ability to explain flavours, A homely atmosphere capped off with great table service. Beautiful food, true Indian flavours and plenty enough of it. Will come again for sure.
What a magnificent evening at GoGo's. The food and service was exceptional. I have never had a bad dish and tonight was no exception. Particularly enjoyed talking about the benefits of lupins with GoGo being a farmer and a Lupin grower.

Excellent food. Our group of 4 chose a selection from the menu that was enjoyed by all. The lady who served us was so attentive, and brought extra dips and popadoms when requested. Lovely meal, value for money
