We were so excited to pick up food from Golden Buddha given the raving reviews. It was a Saturday pickup, so one would think their best chef would be on site. In a nutshell, the food was not just underwhelming, it was bland. It didn't even taste like Thai food. My biggest regret was that we wasted our money on this food and I caution others from doing the same. Perhaps it was a one off experience, but as they say, the first impression leaves a lasting impression, so we will not be trying their food again. I visited the restaurant today and tried the lemongrass soup appetizer, which was fantastic! I also had the green curry. My wife ordered the drunken noodles, and they were delicious as well! I can't wait to return and sample the other curries on the menu.
We had a party of 6 and went to a late lunch. I tried to search for a reservation, but they don't take any. The food was very delicious, Thai wings are a must! If you want sharp, make sure you get the 4. Next time, I'll ask for maximum heat.
Our absolutely favorite place, they do a wonderful job of following dietary needs and can make most of the menu gluten free. I love the Tom Kai soup and we always order yellow curry, today we ordered 4! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
