The food is usually just okay, but considering the price, you get what you pay for. I generally order the Teriyaki or General Tso Lunch Special, and at $8, I think it's a fair deal. Today, I called ahead to place my order. The woman who took my order seemed busy with phone calls when I arrived. After waiting about 10 minutes to get her attention, I finally told her I was there to pick up my order. As I handed her my card, she immediately started taking more calls while my card was still in the card reader. I strongly recommend that you avoid ordering from this restaurant. The woman at the counter was extremely rude, and after waiting over an hour and a half, I received cold food. When I called to voice my concerns, I was treated dismissively and told to check my food again, as if I were lying. I have never encountered such poor customer service; all I wanted was for my meal to be hot and replaced, not free food. I will certainly not be returning, and I’m telling everyone in the neighborhood to steer clear of this place as well.

The Bourbon Chicken and Sichuan Green Beans were fantastic. However, I found the shrimp toast to be quite disappointing. The breading was excessively thick, and I didn't find any shrimp in it at all. The menu indicated that each order comes with 10 shrimp, but I only received 8.
I ordered the Shrimp Fried Rice, which is my favorite dish. In my opinion, it's one of those meals that’s hard to get wrong. That being said, the quality of the food was excellent, just as I anticipated!
This restaurant is awful. The delivery driver and the woman taking orders were very rude. It's ridiculous that they make you go outside to pick up your food if you don't pay with cash.
The food is delicious, but the delivery can be rather slow. That's why I usually opt to pick it up myself.
