I have given this restaurant many chances but I am done. I order from them Pretty frequently and it amazes me how they always seem to do something wrong. It’s never the taste of the food though (which is why I’ve always reordered), it’s always that they forget something or over charge me. The WORST part is, their customer service!! I’ve literally had arguments with the employees there because they refuse to believe they were wrong or they forgot something. And they just don’t care to make it right. Well this was the last time they are getting my money because never again.
I've been ordering from this place for at least two years. I had the same suppliers and I think the same workers have always been there for some time. my food is always great from here. if they are not busy, my eating can come faster than the eta given, but sometimes when they are busy, that can be eating later than I want. unbelievably I would still give them five stars, I think that overall really do their best and I always appreciate that they read my notes and always do their best to fix problems I have

Avoid ordering from this restaurant at all costs. The service was terrible - our order took over 2 hours to be delivered, and the manager was rude, unapologetic, and seemed unfit to run a restaurant. When I called to complain about our cold food, he only offered a refund if we sent the delivery driver back to retrieve it, which seemed like he just wanted to resell it. I recently visited this restaurant and was not pleased with the service I received when placing my order. The waitress was very rigid in sticking to the menu and did not allow any modifications, despite my explanation. I even offered to pay for any changes but she was not accommodating. The food was still delicious, particularly the breakfast, although it was on the pricier side.
My husband and I used to come as just us two and now we bring our little daughter. It?s a cozy place with great coffee. The service is usually fast, but they are not very friendly. Some seem like they don?t like their job, but maybe are sucked into the family business. The food is good with large portions. It?s not fancy, but we have been going there for a few years now.
Oh my goodness, this place is extremely clean with great service and excellent meals for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. The option to sit in the restaurant is a bonus, and the best part is the sweet older man who will bring your meal to you with a smile. The service is exceptional.
I just want to talk about the coffee for now! This is probably one of the most satisfying cups of coffee I've had in a long time. So thank you Golden Eagle II for that one. Now the sandwich was another story. Let's just say the coffee saved this review! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
