Golden Lotus Vegan

Terribly disappointing experience and very poor customer service. Drove all the way there to get takeaway and ordered the steamed vegetables in mushroom sauce. I payed $20 for two pieces of broccoli and a few carrots and old bok choy that shouldnt have been used!!!...Complete rip off!! After I got home I called Golden Lotus to explain my disappointment and they told me it wasnt their problem and there was nothing they could do. I followed up with an email to the manager where I was only offered 10% off my next order. After feeling completely disgusted and insulted I will not be returning to Golden Lotus. Plenty of other healthy, quality, vegan/vegetarian places that I would much rather give...

this has proven to be an excellent Vietnamese culinary experience. we had the mixed appetit plate for starter, and the brat ente with plumen sauce, fried fish with salt and chili, and the stir fry noodles for net. we had some tears. the plant-based “suck” really tasted like what I remembered of real disappointment to be many years ago.

tasty eating, fast friendly service great selection of dressed from reasonable trips to choose! everything was so good. the tofu and the framed maissuppe tasted as I remember from a child (but this time vegan friendly.) we ordered 4 entrees .2 main thing with rice and the total was less than $90 for both of us.

the kidnapping was very badly worth for money. the Papaya salad filled only the half of the container and two rice was just a small container full. I know the cost of living is high, but rice is still cheap.

my best friend is vegetarian. there are suitable options for vegetarian on the menu. service was good
