You will not be disappointed by a visit to The Golden Oak. We had waited for a table for 10 minutes because the place was packed, but this is usually a great indication of a good meal. Our server was sweet and punctual. I tried the 3 egg-garden omelette that has tomatoes, mushrooms, zucchini, spinach, green pepper, cheese and onion, and it was delicious. It came with the option of pancakes or toast, and I chose pancakes. Excellent choice. And the option of hash-braun or fresh fruit, and I'm glad I chose the hash-braun. We were looking for a good Sunday breakfast place, and Golden Oak Pancake House was just what we wanted. It was pretty busy, but he dining room is pretty big and seats many people. We had just left another breakfast place not far because the weight was too long. When we came to Golden Oak, despite the number of people there, we waited only 5 to 10 minutes. In addition, the service is extremely fast. Because they were so busy, they were very attentive, and it didn't take long until we had our food. And the food is absolutely wonderful. Really great diner style breakfast. Top-class breakfast!
Country fried steak, gravy and 2 eggs over easy . . . It doesn't get any better than that for breakfast! Who eats vegetarian for breakfast?! Very kid friendly and wonderful service. I have no dietary restrictions, parking is plenty and the restaurant is very whchr accessible.
Looking for a delicious breakfast? This is the place. They are always busy, but they have so amazing food. The menu has a good selection of options and they have the best staff. They are very attentive and the food has so much taste.
