I called this Goldilocks location to inform them about the issue, but the staff was incredibly rude. All we wanted was for them to check their products in the refrigerator to prevent this from happening to another customer in the future. I don’t expect a refund; I just wanted them to be aware of the problem.
My mom also tried to call and explain the situation, but they hung up on her, which was extremely rude. The customer service was very unprofessional, and it's disappointing to have such an experience.
I love Goldilocks for its famous and tasty Phillipinno cuisines , pastry cakes and breads. I always make it a habit to try something different upon each visit and I'm always happy with what I order. The Fresh Lumpia is delicious with its sweet sauce. Im also a big fan of Calabasa. You can't go wrong with Pancit either. Very helpful and attentive staff. Clean environment too.
This is a no-frills spot offering Filipino cafeteria-style meals and baked goods that can be hit or miss. If you get there early, you can usually enjoy their fresh food, but the quality can be inconsistent. I do enjoy visiting for the baked items, but the recent decline in quality control makes it a bit of a gamble for me.
The pastries were delightful and brought back memories of my childhood in the islands. I greatly appreciate the complimentary birthday cake and desserts. The restaurant is tidy, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. My family and I look forward to returning for more!

The Arroz Caldo was impeccably prepared, with the perfect balance of saltiness and a pleasing consistency. The Lumpiang Shanghai was excellent as well, nicely crisp on the outside while remaining soft, chewy, and flavorful on the inside.
The food here is absolutely delicious! We particularly love the Fresh Lumpia and Beef Kaldereta, among many other dishes. The desserts, like Halo Halo and the cakes, are excellent as well. A definite thumbs up!
If you're in the mood for Filipino dishes and pastries, Goldilocks is still an excellent choice. It never fails to evoke fond childhood memories.
The customer service was excellent, the food was fantastic, and the halo halo is the best I've ever had. The laing deserves a perfect 10/10!
