I feel bad giving a 1 star review but it’s really the only rating that feels appropriate. 1. They screwed up my sandwich the past four times I went. My order is not complicated by any stretch. In fact it’s pretty simple. 2. The portions are small…I mean tiny. I don’t need (or want) a humongous sandwich but the size is minuscule the smallest I’ve seen in San Francisco by far, and I’ve been to dozens of delis throughout the city. The best sandwiches! I absolutely love this place. The customer service is fantastic, and the sandwiches are toasted to perfection. This has quickly become one of my favorite spots, and I’m sure I’ll be returning for years to come. Don’t just take my word for it—try it for yourself! You might find you need a sandwich rehabilitation center afterward!
This charming, family-owned sandwich shop offers a wonderful atmosphere and has some great staff. The food is delicious, but one aspect I'd like to see improved is the wait time. On one occasion, I waited 30 minutes for my sandwich even though there weren't many customers in the shop.
I've been coming here for 13+ years. Their food and selection is consistently amazing! Support this local business! I promise you won't be disappointed! (Try the Freebird with stuffing, bacon, and extra cheese and cranberry sauce)

The best sub shop in the area! The staff is incredibly friendly, and you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Just be prepared for a wait during peak hours. The Lancelot Sub with extra artichokes is a must-try!
The sandwiches here are fantastic—fresh and incredibly tasty! We made a pit stop during our Double Cross Town hike from Fort Funston to Pier 23, and this place was the ideal spot for a satisfying lunch break!
Delicious toasted sandwiches (with well distributed ingredients)! The service here is friendly. I've been here a handful of times and it's been consistent the sandwiches are large a meal and a snack for me.

The meatball sandwich is the most satisfying and budget-friendly option in the city. The pastrami on the Brooklyn Bridge is also fantastic!
The Zippy chicken club sandwich was great and they have gluten free bread!
