First time Korean hotpot! They have an ala carte menu and an all you can eat menu. We were not super hungry so our table did ala carte. I feel like the portion sizes were good. You pick a meat like ribeye, brisket, and pork shoulder, and it comes with all the veggies and noodles. The waiter asked us how spicy we wanted it (1-5). I did 3 which is medium spice and I agree it was about medium. The place looks new and it's in great condition. Each seat at the table has an individual pot so you feel like you are all cooking together!! Overall a great dining experience, good for families and special occasions. Since you have to work for your food it creates some time for good conversation .
The all-you-can-eat option was decent, but I've experienced other hot pot restaurants that offered a broader selection of vegetables. The portions per order were smaller, but the quality of the food was excellent and didn't have that frozen texture. Instead of using the special sauces listed on the menu, I suggest heading to the sauce bar and mixing 2/3 sweet chili sauce with 1/3 sesame sauce for a tasty and versatile combination. I would definitely recommend this place if you're in search of a hot pot restaurant with great service and a pleasant atmosphere.

I had an exceptional dinner at this restaurant. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff that made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was equally impressive, creating a warm and inviting environment that added to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend this place!

I somehow deleted my review, and it seems that only positive ones are showing up. It's surprising; I can't understand why the owner is giving out tips while serving. It feels like people have lost their minds since the pandemic. Making shabu shabu at home is quite simple. Restaurants like this shouldn't even be operating. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
We always have a great experience here- including our dining experience 2 days ago! Even though they are usually busy during weekends, staff is always very responsive and food is always good. My kids who don’t eat very much normally also like this place. Thank you Gom Shabu!
We had an incredible experience! Nancy and her team treated us like VIPs and truly went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. The food was fresh and beautifully presented. We will definitely be returning!
