This new Gong Cha is so spacious! I usually go to the tiny hole in the wall one in K-Town 32st so this location is amazing since there?s seating. The staff there are very friendly and the cashier I had was awesome. I saw he was very helpful to costumers that wasn?t sure what to get. Right now there?s a grand opening deal for buy one get one 50% off until August 30th so make sure to stop by and take advantage! My favorite drink there is the lychee oolong ? I would definitely come back to this location and I?m glad I don?t have to go all the way to Flushing now while I?m in Queens.
UPDATE: 10/24/22 Always as for your beverage with almost no ice or no ice at all and all good, I really like the new decorations and taro milk tea still my favorite, they are selling very singular flavors of ice cream now. I liked the flavor of my Taromilk tea and also the customer service is nice but c?mon!! Are you SERIOUSLY selling me a cup almost full of just ice???(seriously 80% just ice, in the picture it melted a lil bit already) Like wth, I?m so disappointed and kinda upset
We spent $25 on drinks for four people. When my very young child needed to use the bathroom, they told us to ask the restaurant next door. The more senior server pointed to a sign stating a $10 minimum for credit card use and said their policy is that customers cannot use the bathroom. Additionally, the quality of the boba was disappointing—it didn’t taste fresh and seemed like it had been refrigerated overnight.
I have tasted pearl milk tea from many stores, but only the classic pearl milk tea and black sugar pearl milk tea from Gongcha make me feel they are the best? And I love them very much. They also have a lot of very friendly staffs, especially a girl namedSherry who is always happy to help customers with their orders, if you need anything, just ask Sherry! Btw, never forget to addbubbles in your drink!!!

I really enjoy the teas from Gong Cha, but I keep having an issue with my orders. Every time I request no pearls in my drink, I end up with extra pearls instead—like, half of my drink is just pearls! Just because I'm ordering for delivery doesn't mean my order should be messed up. This has happened more than once, and I'm genuinely confused as to why they keep ignoring my request to skip the pearls.

The bubble tea is really fantastic! The service is excellent as well! My only suggestion is that the green tea latte could be improved by mixing the matcha powder better, as I found that small clumps of powder would come out with each sip. Aside from that, it tasted amazing!

I ordered a milk tea, and it tasted really bad, like sweetened ice water. The flavor was very different from what I’ve had at other Gong Cha locations. The milk tea I make myself is much better than this one. I won’t be coming back here for milk tea again.
Got a watermelon floatie for my large slushie! Ladies were really nice! No complaints. Just no bathroom.
