Returned recently. They still seem very solid. Below is my previous review Don't have anything negative to say about then. Their Wintermelon tea tasted better than I expected. They do offer samples which is nice. We were allowed to try most things such as the grass jelly and different jellies/pearls. Pricing was fine. $4.50 for a medium, $5 for a large. (Highest price being around $5.8 for a large) I tried the Earl grey with pudding/black pearls and white pearls. It was supposed to be grass jelly but i don't like those. I had tried thousands of different bubble tea brands before I stepped in this store so I might have higher expectations than others. I always order the classic milk tea and my wife ordered a random smoothie. They were great! I can tell the tea was fresh made. My wife told me the red bean smoothie was also great. I also feel safe when I saw them cleaning and sanitizing the seating area and operating area. You could never be too cautious when there is a horrible pandemic, right? Good tea, friendly staff! Definitely will come again!
EDIT: I have now tried other flavours and I am happy to say I'm a Goncha Fan. Their Dirty Brown Sugar milk tea is amazing and their iced black and green teas are good quality. I?ve been to Gongcha once and got my favourite, taro milk tea. The flavour was good and authentic, but the texture was gritty. I liked the taste but couldn?t finish it because of my own feelings about the texture. I hope to go back and try something different that I like more and give it a higher rating! Staff were good at their job, no complaints there.
Finally visited Gongcha in Winnipeg Osborne. The drinks were so delicious! I got a Pearl Milk Tea, Black Tea w/ cream, Coffee Milk Tea and Match Milk Tea. The creme brûlée on Black Tea was so luscious, great to dip the pudding into and pairs so well with the black tea. The Coffee Milk Tea is so tasty too, great coffee flavor with authentic milk tea. Friendly personnel BEATA was super patient and she even explained how to drink it. Consistently great drinks. Recommended this place and will be back. Worth a try!

Excellent service. There were 30 of us visiting today around lunch time from work and although they were not equipped to handle the crowd (only 2 servers at the time) they really pushed themselves to serve us with smiles and service everyone on time AND with proper quality. We could tell one of the servers was a trainee and she really out did herself with her work ethic. Even if they would have messed up the drinks (they didn't) I would still give them kudos for effort ??
I usually order from Gongcha Gòng Chá (Bubble Tea) Osborne via delivery apps, but a few weeks ago, I decided to visit in person for takeout. When I asked for a drink with only white pearls, the cashier seemed to have trouble understanding and responded rudely, pointing out that the tea I ordered already included half white pearls. That was exactly why I requested a full serving of white pearls. Despite the interaction, I have to say the tea itself was quite good.
I usually order some using the delivery app, but a couple week ago, I went there and did take out. I've tried to order one with white pearls only. The cashier couldn't understand what I wanted. She started looking down on me and spoke rudely that the teawhat I've ordered was half white pearls. Actually that's why I ordered full white pearl. The tea was good, tho.
Delicious! My top picks are the Brown Sugar Latte, Fresh Brewed Green Tea, and Mango Green Tea. It’s a relaxed place where you can unwind indoors or watch the lively Osborne Village from the balcony.
