The best BBQ anywhere in the area. The owners are multi-award winning BBQ chefs. I've had the ribs, smoked turkey, Tennessee Tacos, smoked chicken salad, chop salad and, my favorite, chicken wings. The wings are smoked until they are tender (but not too soft! and then fried. I love their take on Buffalo sauce. It's got the tang and mild heat you'd expect with an earthy quality that rounds out the flavor. And if you like Bourbon, this is the place to be. They have an exhaustive selection. I recommend the Blood and Bourbon Ol' Fashioned cocktail made with a blood orange puree that will make you sit up and take notice. I went to Good Smoke BBQ Pub for dinner on Thursday evening and had an absolutely perfect experience. The food, ambiance, and staff service were exceptional. It was my first time there, but I will definitely be back. Melissa took great care of me and made me feel welcomed. The background music, a mix of Reggae and R&B, was delightful. The BBQ was some of the best I've had in a long time. I tried the 3 Meat Combo with 1/2 Chicken, Brisket, and Ribs, along with sides of macaroni salad and coleslaw. This place is now my new favorite barbecue spot.
My party had a reservation for 8 people at this restaurant. When we arrived, there were already other groups dining, one of which also had a reservation. A staff member mentioned he would assist us but then disappeared, leaving us waiting with no one attending to us. Despite the restaurant being empty, we decided to leave as the service was poor. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had and I will not be returning.
This restaurant is fantastic, surpassing any barbecue restaurant in the area! If you find yourself in Rochester, make sure to stop by. The pulled pork eggrolls were amazing, and every dish had an impressive amount of meat - definitely worth a visit!
I used to adore this restaurant. The food quality, especially the meat, has significantly declined. It's quite disappointing. However, we still buy their sauces in bottles, which are absolutely delicious!
Skip the wait at Dinosaur BBQ and go to Good Smoke instead! Better food, more menu options, less noise an exceptional experience!
Ordered takeout BBQ chicken,ribs and wings. All food tasted good, service and atmosphere was excellent!
