My father-in-law and husband ordered burgers and fries, while I wasn't very hungry and opted for a snack instead—a side of bacon and guacamole. They gave me a generous portion, with six strips of real bacon—definitely not the tasteless, paper-thin stuff you often find at fast food places. I recently visited this location on Friday, January 14, 2022, and I hadn't eaten at Good Times in ages—like five years! I was pleasantly surprised by this location! We went through the drive-thru around 12:10 PM, and the employee at the window was very friendly and polite. We only waited about three minutes for our food, and the guy who handed it to us even apologized for the wait, which was amusing! We parked and enjoyed our meal, and everything was delicious and made to perfection. I would definitely come back to this location when I'm in the area again.
The hot honey chicken burger is dry as hell. No sauce nothing. Plus it wasn’t even spicy and there were 3 drops of honey that were soaked up by the bun. Terrible. Sweet potato waffle fries are unseasoned and nasty. Idk what’s wrong, I never had such a bad experience at good times but the food this time was just a pure hell no. Dry AND unseasoned?!?! Nop. We had some other items that weren’t bad at all and the service was good. I’ll stick to my regular order next time no more experiencing.
I had a terrible experience this morning when Andrea, the manager, was on duty. She was very disrespectful and unprofessional, never smiling and not at all friendly toward customers. When I mentioned that I didn’t want a combo and kindly asked her to smile—something that’s part of good customer service—she slammed the drive-thru window and didn’t even give me my order. It was completely unnecessary, and her attitude was quite unpleasant. I genuinely feel sorry for her if she’s unhappy.

The burger and waffle fries were quite tasty! However, I noticed that half of the dining area was closed off for some reason. It also took a little while for the staff to come to the register to take our order. This was my first visit to this fast food restaurant since I just relocated here, and I will definitely give it another try.
I am not sure why this place has only 3.8 star rating I know these are good forks because I just bought two burgers with quarters and did not have enough money to purchase two beverages after speaking to the manager of the young lady at the counter just complimented to Pepsi‘s God bless these employees thank you good times
Always great burgers and great service. Highly recommend getting some extra Good Times sauce to put on your burger. So good! Great with the fries too, which are always warm and fresh. Fast drive-thru, which is rare these days, but appreciated when trying to get back to work on time.
I went to good times around 5pm to get dinner for work today. The lady who helped me at the window was super kind and provided great service. We’re really appreciative of her kindness and customer service.
