The service was very poor and disappointing. I will not recommend this place based on poor service! I took my mother and family with me to eat dinner here (my mother was in a wheelchair) and we were told that they didn't have a table available toaccommodate the wheelchair. They asked us to wait in the lounge to order a drink while we waited. Wonderful location on the 19th floor overlooking the lake. Most tables have a view making it a great experience for almost everyone. Food is pretty good and service is decent. Buffalo cauliflower off the menu was good as were the lobster bites withsweet chili sauce (a daily special). For mains we went with the 16oz NY steak, 20oz bone in rib eye and salmon (the salmonbeing a daily special too). Steaks were cooked perfectly. Rib eye had a unique (and tasty) coffee/ cocoa crust on it verynice. Sides of bacon truffle Mac and cheese and wild mushrooms hit the spot too. We first visited Hell's Kitchen 3 years ago, and had an excellent experience. 2022 was poor. Among four of us, two meals were just so-so. My filet mignon needed salt. For $600, I expect more.
I am sorry... but the quality of the food and service was very disappointing. They must have a different chef. The view of the lake was pretty. I can not recommend this place.

Love this place! Only been once but my parents frequent 19 Kitchen ALL THE TIME. Frank is fantastic! Good service, great food and the jalepeno margarita is to die for!
The dining experience was delightful with tasty dishes! The sticky toffee pudding was outstanding and the potatoes served with the chicken were exceptional.
Overall underwhelming experience. More disappointed in the abeyance. Didn't realize that we were going to a $400.00 meal, sports bar atmosphere.
I wish this restaurant was located on a rooftop and offered complimentary bread, but the tomahawk steak was really good.
