Gordos Street Tacos in Ardmore was an excellent experience. As fans of food trucks, especially street tacos, we were eager to try their offerings. We sampled the spicy pork and chicken tacos, both of which were delicious. There was a generous amount of food for the price, and the meal included beans and rice. The green sauce was fantastic, but I recommend trying the red sauce first before drenching your tacos in it, as it packs quite a spicy punch! They also have a pleasant seating area with overhead cover. One thing I did miss from these tacos, which we often enjoy from other food trucks, was the pickled vegetables. As a local, I was looking forward to visiting Gordo's to satisfy my craving for street tacos. Unfortunately, my experience on a Thursday evening fell short of expectations. First off, there were no beans available, which was quite disappointing. To make matters worse, I was served a double portion of unappetizing rice. The steak tacos were reheated and served cold, which was a significant letdown. Spending $24 on two disappointing meals just didn't feel worth it, and I won't be returning.
I wanted a quick snack and had not stopped before at the taco truck. I ordered a beef taco which was very underwhelming. The shell was dried out in parts and crunchy, and just a big pile of overcooked beef. I was very disappointed unlikely to return Price per person: $1–10

Gordos offers delicious, authentic Mexican food at unbeatable prices. Here's a helpful tip: to make ordering easier, try taking a photo of the menu posted on the side of their truck and show it to the cook when you place your order.

The food was quite disappointing. I found myself hesitant to eat it. It was not visually appealing, the beans were too watery, and the rice was overcooked.
