We went back through the drive-thru, where a girl, who I believe was the shift manager, replaced the items without any issues. However, when we checked the order after pulling to the front, we found that it was still just coleslaw without sauce. I decided to go inside this time, and the employee seemed annoyed and questioned why she should replace something she had already replaced. I remained calm, understanding the pressures fast food workers often face.

The first thing out of the speaker in the drive thru was “ we do not have extra crispy”. I was ok with that. I ordered a 12 piece family meal. When we got home, there was only nine pieces of chicken and only four biscuits. The quality of the chicken was fair at best. We will not be going back.
What's up with the KFC ardmore ??? Last visit got wrong order all together , gravy was brown water , this visit wrong food again and again with the brown water gravy , can't tell me you don't see this !!! Going to be a while before I go back !!!

Chicken was terrible. Only half edible due to lack of chicken, fatty or too done. Sides were even worse.
