We booked this place 2 weeks in advance and the manager sent my friend multiple crazy emails getting her to confirm her booking several times + making sure she was aware of all their rules etc. which was annoying but we dealt with it. We finally get there after dinner and the bouncer rejects one of our friends with zero explanation and then to make sure we definitely couldn't get in tells the manager that our friend was swearing at him (completely untrue) and the manager then rejects us for giving the bouncer 'attitude'. A little bit of modern Japan in the Surry Hills. This is such a fun and funky place - great for group events.
The food (especially the chicken and burgers) is seriously good and the service was very quick. The price is a bit steep but comparable to other gourmet burgers.
The menu isn't huge but there is enough variety for most people. Worth a visit of you like Japanese inspired pub food.
Nizza japanische Deko und ein paar schöne Spielzeug und Spieleinrichtungen. Wird ein schöner Ort sein, um sich mit Freunden zu sammeln. Ich möchte sagen, dass es ein guter Ort ist, um Bier / Wein zu trinken. Aber das Mittagessen ist wirklich schlecht. Es ist kein echter japanischer Stil.
Das Dekor im Inneren war schön. Die Musik war eine gute alte Schulmusik und laut. Es gab eine gute Auswahl an Alkohol, aber das, was mich wirklich enttäuschte, waren die Sicherheitswächter an der Front, die widerlich und unhöflich waren.

Nice Japanese deco and some lovely toys and game facilities. Will be a nice place to gather with friends. I would like to say it's a good place to drink beer/wine. But the lunch food is really bad. It's not real Japanese style.
The decor inside was nice. The music was good old school music and loud. There was okay selection of alcohol but what really disappointed me was the security guards at the front who were obnoxious and rude.
