To begin with, one of their waitresses who was starting her shift was literally COUGHING everywhere. She didn't cover her cough most the time, but she also coughed directly into her hand, then handled all the soy sauces and began putting them on EVERY table. It wasn't just a short quick cough, it was a deep, constant cough that went on for minutes...
They were so rude the instant I walked in, one waitress went to another couple's table to serve them after they arrived 10 minutes after I did--still, no one came to the table.
Was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. Very rude people and disappointing food.
I had the Miso Ramen and the Pork Katsu Curry. The ramen wasn't as traditional as ramen ikkyu at sussex centre. Although, it is a pass there are much more they can provide in terms of flavour and toppings.
The pork katsu curry has a decent taste but it was not hot. When we got the dish the curry was merely warm.
I would say that this place is at par to its next door competitor 'Condor' as they're both great japanese restaurants for a quick lunch during your work break.
Come here a lot, more out of convenience because it's close to work. The food is good but not spectacular. Usually order the spicy pork ramen- definitely the best thing on the menu. Went for the agadashi tofu today for a change and was pleasantly surprised. Delightful dish. Satisfied but as I said previously, not spectacular.
Great place for fresh Japanese food that is not too pricey. It is open late most nights so it is very convenient. I love getting the spicy chicken set which is good value for money and fresh. I also substitute the rice for another salad making it a low carb meal.

Great little Japanese restaurant. I always order the same thing - spicy wagu beef soup which is utterly delicious. Service is generally good with the odd lapse of concentration. A nice touch are the soft blankets on chairs during the winter months.
I have to be a bit strict about ramen after having lived in Japan for quite sometime. The noodles are from the packet and although the broth is good go elsewhere for the handmade stuff. That being said the value for money is great
I love this little place at the top of York St. The service is always quick, even when they are busy and the food is really good. I've had several different dishes here and they are always very tasty.
Goshu Ramen is plain delicious. It's quite pricy for ramen but you won't be disappointed with the flavour. The udon is delicious with tempura vegetables. Light and crispy.

I got the beef with fried rice bowl and it was tasty. Enjoyed it very much but would have preferred more beef!!! Plenty of food and a good little Japanese place !

Nice miso soup and tempura. Salmon sashimi was a little chunky for my liking. They also forgot my Ramune, but I wasn't charged for it.
