GBK staff are friendly, our food arrived promptly and it was tasty. But it's close to £20 per head for a drink, burger and fries. There was no queue to get in, but a near 20 minute wait to place you order. You have to rejoin the queue to refresh or order additional drinks. We spent 20 minutes eating, 15 minutes waiting for food and about 35 minutes in queues! I'd get the advantage of this model if the food were reasonably priced, but it's not. There are numerous alternatives to GBK, I won't be hurrying back.
After waiting 10 minutes to order we then had to wait another 10 minutes to have a bottle of coke with a straw shoved in the top to arrive. After 40 minutes from ordering, the starter arrived and then finally after 45 minutes the mains arrived with cold chips and burnt burgers. We didn’t have time to complain and frankly the service was less than adequate. A ‘voucher’ was given to have lunch on ‘them’ but to be quite honest I won’t be returning. Very disappointed
Fast food with a difference. Order and pay at the till and the waitress brings you your food. Burgers are excellent and all cooked medium unless you ask. Mine was a touch on the rare side but not too bad. There seemed to be a few people using an app which gave you a free burger on your next visit. the couple on the table next to us were attempting to use it and to be honest it seemed a chore or they just didn't understand.
Popped in for lunch while in Bristol with friends. The service as always was excellent with really friendly staff. Big shout out for the milkshakes which are just the best I’ve ever had. The food was excellent as has always been the case when I visit and as a vegetarian, a good selection for myself. Overall great food, brilliant service, all at a good price point.

We waited a long time for a table, probably about 40 minutes (which we were happy to do so as we were a large group and it was quite busy). However then we waited to order and we waited a long time for food. Food was lovely though! Amazing burgers! Can recommend the Moroccan burger.
Nearing the top of Park Street, this is a good place for a meal to gather your energy for the final stretch. Nice selection of burgers and the option to order them without the bun and with corn on the cob. Nice sweet potato chips. Bottomless soft drinks were very good.
GBK is ok. In fact it’s pretty good. It’s only problem is that it is surrounded (in Bristol) by AMAZING one-off local burger restaurants that are just better. I’m never unhappy dining at GBK but I wouldn’t choose it over the other alternatives in Bristol.
Food was amazing ordered via deliveroo and was warm and drinks were chilled. Only reason why it isnt a 5 star review from me is because there wasnt a bottle opener for the coke bottle.

Spent an evening here with friends, a good range of milkshakes, including Vegan milkshakes, good chunky chips. The burgers were well presented and good selection of food.
We revived excellent customer service. A great variety of vegetarian and vegan options. The food was delicious. Would defiantly visit again.
