Saw an offer on billboard outside, so thought we’d give it a try. Offer was burger, chips and drink for £9.00. On arrival told that Gluten free option was not included, but waiter went away and checked and it was allowed. So far, so good. Should have checked about my wife’s order though, as that included a £2.00 surcharge for a plant based burger, so read the small point! Waiter did Not mention this. Wife’s burger was fine, mine not so good. Ordered beef with cheese, and even though I could not have chips (cooked with other gluten containing items, and didn’t want any salad, they still charged me £1.80 for the smallest, thinnest slice of cheeses I’ve ever seen! We ordered a chicken and beef burger, both of which were delicious but a bit pricey. The option to have our burgers without buns was a nice touch. The atmosphere was generally pleasant, and the staff were friendly and efficient. However, there was an issue with the receipt indicating a mandatory service charge of 10%, which was listed as optional. It was not clear why this charge was added when the receipt stated that service was not included. I believe a tip or service charge is acceptable for good service, but not both.
Great Food and Service. Well cooked food which was served quickly. The only thing I could say could be improved was that the children’s menu said that the meal came with cucumber and carrot crudités. This turned out to be one small piece of each hidden under the chips. Also slightly disappointed that no milkshakes were available.
The ambiance of the restaurant was great, but unfortunately, the service and food quality were disappointing. The staff made mistakes with our order and added a strange spice to our fries. Our server was rude, carelessly tossing our food on the table before walking away.

Visited on Good Friday whilst shopping. My daughter wanted to come here, so we did. We didn't realise that until we sat down, that they had an offer, burger, chips and a drink for £9. We ordered four meals and a portion of onion rings. Food and service was good.
Very poor and slow service all the staff were chatting around the main tills. Asked for bill and I think the manager just forgot and was too busy on her phone texting I haven’t been to GBK for ages and won’t be returning
First time at GBK, never have I had a chicken burger where three full bites contained no chicken, its as if the popped a chicken nugget on it and fired it out the kitchen. Really disappointed, specially fir a £10 item.
First visit to the restaurant and very impressed, food and service first class. Burger cooked to perfection, nothing too much trouble for the staff. Lovely clean restaurant. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

As far as GBK goes, this branch is definitely...one of them. The service was fine and the food was nice enough, and though I wouldn’t avoid it, I probably won’t visit here again.
