I love that restaurant, however I was not so happy this time. The salmon was thick and cold inside, the mushroom entry toast was burned and not as tasty as usual. I must had that the service was amazing, the young lady who served us was polite and welcoming. I always ask for bread without seeds because I have a health problem and can't eat grains....always the answer is....we do not have any.....you do have some since you serve some with tartares, etc... last night I asked for some bread again without seeds and the answer this time was....we are too busy....we do not have time. try again next time....... Your restaurant is always busy and popular and I am happy for you. Maybe it is not just...
Sat in front of open kitchen and waiter service area, so loud and not pleasant. Special request to be seated away from service area and bathroom, but staff was not accommodating. Service felt rushed to get us out even though restaurant was not full. Pricey for level of quality and service. This restaurant has potential if they were more customer centric.
The restaurant has a comfortable, minimalist modern chic ambiance. The service was attentive, and the food truly stole the spotlight. Like many places these days, the prices were on the higher side. For this reason, Bistro Grace feels more suitable for special occasions, but it’s definitely worth the splurge.
as always was spectacular and the ambiente was warm and welcoming. the service was subpar, what I know is an anamoly. our server might have had a night.
Bistro Grace does not disappoint.. the service is attentive and friendly…. Timing of service is excellent… and the food wonderful…. Highly recommend!
Without a doubt, this is our favorite restaurant on West Island. Chef Paul uses the finest ingredients to create outstanding dishes.
