Expected a little more after seeing so many positive reviews. To start with we ordered 3 local beers and about 10 minutes after ordering to waiters arrived with 1.5 beer saying that the keg was empty and thats all that is left. We could drink those (and pay for them) and order other drinks. In my opinion that is not how you handle that situation, they shouldn’t have brought the beers and gave us a choice ones they knew there wasn’t much left. They also forgot to take the non drank beer of the bill. I had a burger which was fine but nothing spectaculair. I think the traditional French dishes will be better so i recommend ordering those. Brasserie donnant sur la place centrale de Cholet dans un lieu qui fut l 'ancienne mairie. Restaurant disposant de nombreuses salles et salon. Un service top, efficace, courtois et sympathique. Une carte large qui pourrait surprendre mais qui ne préjuge en rien de la qualité des plats faits maison . Des plats savoureux avec une mise en avant classique. Pas de mauvaises surprises de l 'entrée jusqu 'au dessert. Une carte des vins qui mets en avant les vins de Loire et d 'un bon rapport qualité-prix. Bref une vraie brasserie à la française avec des plats de qualité et un service impeccable
We went to eat this afternoon in this superb restaurant. There were 6 of us, and we unanimously appreciated the terrace, the dishes and above all the service from an attentive and welcoming gentleman. We highly recommend this restaurant. Very good restaurant. very friendly staff. I took oysters that were excellent. Then a croziflette that was good but I felt the crozets were boiled. So it was like a kind of purée and I found it a shame.

Salade vraiment moyenne pas extraordinaire et le service très très long. A éviter si vous n avez pas beaucoup de temps. En tout nous avons mangé en deux heures pour une salade.
