Déçu car le serveur n avais pas l air envie de nous servir ce que je lui ai fait remarqué en payant la note son retour il était fatigué et que je devrais me regarder d abord car je suis passé à côté de lui à 2 reprises sans lui dire bonjour lol si il avait pas envie il fallait passer la main à auelqu un d autre la fatigue à bon dos car il avait une attitude différente avec les autres client(es) Pour moi le client n est pas roi mais on a droit de dire notre façon de penser sans se faire jeter comme un chien attitude incorrecte et j en passe cher serveur d un café à un autre il peut avoir différentes boissons et nous étions venu pour des crêpes pas pour se faire prendre pour des imbéciles malg...
We had a lovely, leisurely late lunch here. We were to late for the formula midi (which looked really good value) and did not really fancy their attempt to entice the rugby / brits tourist trade with 'fish and chips' prominently advertised at 12.5 Euro. So we both went for steak, both came perfectly cooked, one with home made frites and the other with dauphinoise, pepper sauce was ok (18-19 Euro each). Beer was only 4.5 Euro a pint (very cheap for France) and we had a 50cl carafe of house red (10 Euro) which was perfectly acceptable. I ate here tonight for dinner, the meal was delicious and the service was excellent. we were not speaking French but the server was fabulous to determine what we wanted. my husband had a steak on the server recommendation and really enjoyed it. The caesar salad was delicious and fresh. Our daughter loved the child menu. We ordered a cream burnt for the dessert to share, it was fabulous!!! (difficult to share :) because it was so nice.) the server, despite the fact that it was busy, was attentive and made our daughter feel very special with a sucette as a surprise. I would certainly recommend it.
It's mighty hot and crowded at mealtimes at the Grand Cafe de la Bourse, so choose a seat under an umbrella, in the shade. The service wasn't very fast or friendly, but that gave us time to play 'Four in a Row' at the table. (I lost!) Toilets were fine. The cafe charged city prices - €7 to €16 for starters, €17 and up for a main course, €7 for a dessert.

Situated within two minutes walk of the entrance to the castle this restaurant was the perfect spot for lunch service was quick and the two males fish and chips and steak and chips with four large beers pentagram total of €46. Steak cooked perfectly rare as my per request.. We will be back. :-)
excellent !!! in home foie gras, madam salad cesar and me tripes to Catalan ! and fries ! quantity and quality !!!! The foie gras is great! The salad with really tender chicken and guts like my mother cooked!service too well! a smiling and friendly waitress!!!!
We had a leisurely lunch here in a sun filled square. The service was friendly and efficient and the food and wine were good. a nice place to chat and watch the world go by.
Arrived after 3pm to Perpignan and there aren't many options after that time so gave it a try. Everything quite average, rabbit overcooked, got dishes we didn't ask for.

Good 'value for money' lunch at a nice square in the city center of Perpignan. Not very friendly staff that kept us waiting for paying our bill.
friendly staff, good food and beautiful location. I couldn't recommend it for lunch in the afternoon in the sun.
