Wir füllten ein Bestellformular mit dem aus, was wir probieren wollten: halb Original, halb würzige Brühe, mongolische Knödel und asiatische Weizennudeln, die beide im Haus hergestellt werden, Udon-Nudeln, Kombi-Fleischplatte, Fleischbällchen, Garnelen, Austernpilze, Gemüse-Kombiplatte und jede der Dip-Saucen. Diese Menge war perfekt für uns. Das Personal gab an, dass wir bei Bedarf während des Essens immer mehr bestellen können. We really want to love this place! The food is great but the service is always lacking in some way. We have been here 4 times in past few months and although we love the food, they need to work on service. Seem to always need to track down a server for drink, something we ordered or the food just takes a while to come out. We keep an open mind due to the service industry pandemic struggle and staff shortages. But when we ate last week there seemed to be plenty of staff, one even sitting at bar on her phone. Great food but wish service was more on par to competition near by- Zaza and Blufish.
Service was very inattentive. We did wait a long time for someone to even give us menus. I made eye contact with far too many staff many staff members for them to just keep walking. I HATE having to call out to people in a restaurant saying, “excuse me” because it’s rude to the rest of the customer and to that staff member. Food was good and price was fair. May go to a different spot, but fun experience of a hot pot…just not this location. Too bad, it was cute.
we had a wonderful evening. the owner welcomed us, helped us with menu and cooking process. eating was fresh, the cooks were good, the custom table works perfectly. this is a good opportunity to eat a healthy meal and make fun. we're coming back.

Ordentliches Konzept und Spaß mit meiner Familie zu gehen. Schönes Ambiente, leckeres Essen. Die einzige Beschwerde ist, dass Sie bereit sein müssen, zu warten, sehr langsamer Service. Nette Leute, brauchen aber vielleicht mehr Hilfe
Good food but waiters are slow and not really nice . We had way to many dirty dishes for long time on our tiny table so it was not really possible to enjoy this experience. Good place not noisy but I wont go back
We a great time exploring the menu. Great service and ambiance. Our server took the time to explain and suggest since it was our first time. Great to share with friends!!!
The service was kinda bad as newcomers we didn’t have an idea on how everything works and we didn’t get any help which ruined the experience

Interesting experience. I do NOT recommend this for vegetarians. There is a lot of cross contamination of food if others are non-vegetarian.
