Grandma's Deli - Tisch reservieren

I really didn 't want to write this review but my last interaction with them made me finally do it..I have been a customer for a while both in this and Hollywood locations and have referred numerous customers to them over the years. However, on multiple occasions I would come home and discover that certain item (s) would be missing in the bag that they would pack for me. Every time I called to let them know they would always say that they forgot to put it but no worries I was not charged for it.. The problem is the receipts they give you are not itemized which is not ethical and you can never find which items you actually bought and how much they are as it only gives you a number of items an...

This review is purely for customer service I used to avoid this store long time ago, I just remembered it being unpleasant and overpriced (all the foreign food markets are overpriced for that matter, to be honest).But I had to get something today and they were my go to place. I met the nicest ladies behind the register. No ego, no pressure, no attitude, just a lot of help to my quite demanding questions.Дзякуй ?

This is a Russian Deli and marke, not a restaurant. Owners are very nice. The prepared foods are tasty. I tried pretty much everything and enjoyed it. There are several places that have similar dishes but, I prefer to come here as it's always clean and you get service with a smile most times.If it's your first attempt at Russian food ask for recommendations.

Excellent customer service. They never snub me and I always feel like the employees smile and genuinely want to impress. Very good food; fresh gourmet- impressive!

Was charging an ev in the area and could only find fast food in the area. I took a chance on this deli and am happy I did. Real food can be hard to come by!
