Graziano's Brick Oven Pizza

I ordered the vegetable panini with vegan cheeze for pickup during my lunch at work. It was decent, but very greasy, and it came with Italian fries. After eating a few of the fries, I realized that they were covered in parmesan cheese the real kind. I called to complain, and the woman on the phone was rather rude about it. I had to explain that I did not want them to put dairy cheese in my vegan order. She would not give me a refund or partial refund even though I couldn 't eat some of the food. She said that I could have a gift certificate for the amount of the meal, but I would have to contact the manager when he is working, to be able to use the credit. Long story short, I am not ordering...

I can't really share an experience I haven't had! I've been coming here for over 10 years. I brought my family for a birthday celebration, and it was only 7:15 p.m. - they close at 9 according to their website. When I said we were a party of four, I was told sorry, we couldn't be seated until Monday. I called from my car to check if they accepted walk-ins, and was told yes. But when I asked if we could be seated now, I was put on hold and then informed that no, they were closing at 8. They really need to get their act together! Our time is valuable too, and it's poor business to treat customers this way. I won't be coming back!

there are several clearly marked vegan options on the menu, some of which were also WFPB compliant. I chose a grilled aubergine served over whole weizen spaghetti sauce and vegan cheese. it was tasty and generous with an accompanying salad. the salat was large and included fresh tomato and gurken with a vegan dressing option. my daughter, who is not vegan, got a pizza she liked. there was a vegan pizza option. service was relaxed, but attentive. the bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of parking. a good experience so I would go back.

There aren't a ton of vegan options, but they're marked on the menu. We had the vegan pizza and black bean soup, and both were delicious!
