Absolutely the worst Chinese food I have ever encountered! The General Tso's chicken was over-salted to the point of being inedible, and the fried rice was extremely dry. When I called to express my concerns, the person who answered responded sarcastically, saying, "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" She added, "Well, you ate it," but I informed her that I hadn’t and suggested they pick it up. I mentioned that I would be leaving a bad review, to which she simply replied, "That's okay, we don’t care." Terrible food and even worse customer service. Don't waste your money! It doesn't even deserve the one star I had to give just to leave a comment.
The General Tso's chicken tasted like low-quality chicken on a stick with artificial flavor. There was no real General Tso sauce, and the chicken had a very artificial taste. Additionally, I ordered two servings of white rice and one of fried rice, but I received the opposite. I don't like fried rice; I only got it for my brother. To top it off, the driver delivered my food to the wrong address. Fortunately, I managed to find the house before anyone noticed the mistake.
Excellent takeout! Their moo goo gai pan, my favorite dish, is outstanding. If they included fresh bamboo shoots, I would give it a perfect 5-star rating. I understand that those can be pricey, but this place offers affordable, quick, and delicious food—definitely deserving of 4 stars! Roanoke is lucky to have this and Best Wok. Many places lack quality Chinese cuisine.
This was the worst meal we've had in a long time. The food didn't even taste like the dishes we ordered (General Tso's Chicken and Moo Goo Gai Pan). The rice tasted like it came straight out of a bag and had no flavor whatsoever. We were very disappointed. Great pullout, very good moo goo gai pan (my favorite dish). If they had fresh bamboo shoots, I would rate them as 5 stars. These things are expensive, and this food is cheap, fast and tasty. At least worth a 4 star! Roanoke thanks your stars for this and best wok. Many areas simply do not have good Chinese food.
Excellent! I ordered the C3, which is Sweet and Sour Chicken, along with the Wonton Soup (number 18). It's the best I've had from any restaurant! The pork fried rice was really tasty, and the pork egg roll was fantastic. I haven't enjoyed Wonton Soup this good in years!
my spring roll was good, but my fried rice didnt have much of a taste to it. my chicken was overly salty and the sweet and sour sauce was too red and really thick then my fortune cookie didnt have a fortune in it. I will not be ordering from them again.
