I placed a delivery order for $33 and generously tipped over 20%, only to find out that they forgot part of my meal. I called them back, and they acknowledged their mistake and sent the driver back with the missing food. However, when he arrived, he rang the doorbell, left the small paper bag on the floor at my front steps, and quickly returned to his car. I found this to be disrespectful and unsatisfactory service; who leaves someone’s food on the floor? They should be embarrassed by this behavior!
We haven't had Chinese food in about three years, and today we had a craving that Great Wall was able to satisfy. Our Chicken and Broccoli with Garlic Sauce was excellent—perfectly spiced, with tender and flavorful chicken and crisp broccoli. My only suggestion would be to increase the portion of chicken slightly. Overall, we enjoyed a fantastic lunch from Great Wall. We ordered for pickup, and our order was ready right on time. The restaurant was clean, and the service was prompt.

My family has been a loyal customer for over 15 years, and the food is incredible. The staff is extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is lovely. I highly recommend this place for takeout!

Crab Rangoons and Fried Rice is what they nailed! Everything else is not memorable but tasty. The delivery is always perfect while providing service with a smile.
2 hrs waited for food that was out for delivery 10 more minutes. Dont waste your time food mever came went to store and got back
