In response to the Kristina S. and Ali S's review: A few weeks ago, I was enjoying one of the many delicious meals I have had at this lovely family owned business with my 7 year old daughter when I noticed the teenage waitress taking multiple calls from the same person. From the waitresses response it was clear the person asked to speak to the owner, who the waitress explained was not in but that she would take a message. They kept calling back and harassing this young girl who was maturely explaining that she would pass along their message. CURRENT REVIEW 2022- Where do I start, the reviews on this are very old because it is not the case anymore. I asked for an extra white sauce and was told I was going to be charged $2.25 for an extra white sauce with my gyro. After spending literally $100 in the place Katerina patronizingly says to me ?if I have to pay for it, you have to pay for it ? I don?t even know what that?s supposed to mean. This place was an extreme disappointment from the beginning. From placing my order to my first and last bite. The food was tasteless, poor quality, dry and disgusting at best. The owner has a horrible attitude and shows total malcontent for everything. I called a several times to rectify the issue with my very expensive order and nothing. She won't return my call or get on the phone. This is not how you treat a paying customer unless you know you are in the wrong. What a shame. Save your money the food is not worth the price and lack of customer service you get. GO ELSE WHERE!
Even the pita was out of this world—soft and warmed to perfection! I'm excited to explore the rest of the menu, including dessert! I just wish we lived closer because this could easily become our second home. On top of that, the owners are so kind and genuinely wonderful people. I don’t understand how anyone could leave a negative review. Sometimes, outside factors can cloud judgments, but please don't let people's unfair opinions deter you from having a fantastic experience with amazing Greek cuisine! You won't regret it! The restaurant itself is dirty, and the tables are so sticky that it feels like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The windows are so grimy that you can’t even see outside. If you’re looking for a good Greek restaurant, don’t go here—I know good places! Additionally, if you leave a negative review, the owner responds with a snarky comment, claiming you were rude to the waitress or something similar. Check out other low-rated reviews, and you’ll see what I mean. Their professionalism leaves a lot to be desired.
Ordered from here last night- ordered a chickpea burger for my vegan mom and they gave her a chicken burger instead. Didn't realize until the first bite. The receipt confirms we ordered chickpea, but it looks like there was a miscommunication. Very disappointed, will not be ordering from here again.
I decided to give this restaurant a chance, but it was a huge disappointment! The food was awful. I began with a fry, and it tasted like it was a month old. From there, things only got worse. I can't see them lasting much longer unless they own the building.
