Let me start. Ordered $85 worth the Grub they forgot the drinks. Called and they apparently wrote my name down to get with a future order. Well stood there arguing for my drinks today on my Next order. They tried to give me old pizza because the garlicfingers were missing and I had to wait for them to be made so I wanted it all remade or I was going to elseware. They finallydecided they needed the business and made them fresh. Overall....Felt like I was dealing with a very unorganized company and youneed to argue a little to get what you paid for if it's missing. Also I'm here waiting for 25 minutes in the car (55 total) foran order when NO ONE IS IN THE STORE! Skip orders seem to be flying...
Writing this review a bit late but thought it was needed to warn consumers . By far the worst experience i have ever experienced at any franchise. Waited for 30 min in my vehicle while after I ordered . Was told it would be 20 min but after 30 min got outof my vehicle to go in and get it but my order wasn't even started yet . Told the counter guy no onions 4 times and guess what... when I got home there was onions. Everyone who was there waiting was gobsmacked at the gong show happening , Long storyshort I notice no comments by the owner to any reviews which means this is obviously a write off for some professional who hasno interest in if it flies or not ...... Sad .... Doesn't look good on...
I’d like to share my experience. I placed an $85 order and they forgot the drinks. When I called, they said they'd noted my name for a future order. However, today I found myself arguing for my drinks while placing my next order. The app is very sketchy. If you click on a special and go through the steps you will not be getting that special. I paid $50 for a 15 inch pizza with half extra toppings but its not even half. Very disappointed. It was supposed to be $32 with a 12 inch garlic finger. Its my own fault for ordering without doublechecking but the pizza extra topping on just a quarter of the pizza instead of half is on them. The lady on the phone tried to make it sound like it was normal.

Workers actually though they didn't have to make the full order how can the owner believe staff is trained enough, told us to just pay full cost for half the items . Not only did they forget once but twice, staff locked us out before they even got thefull order of just a pizza and finger correct and had to knock at door to get them back and get the items I paid for. Owners isfully to blame not the workers. Trys a new place in the area only to be disappointed
I understand Greco Xpress in Florenceville has only been open for a few weeks, but despite requesting well-done food twice in our order, it arrived undercooked and far from well done. The cheese was also very sparse, as you can see in the photo where it’s barely melted. While still edible, the meal didn’t feel worth the price. That said, I’m willing to give their menu another try in a few weeks and will update my review accordingly.
I was disappointed with the pizza we received. We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, but it arrived without any sauce. Additionally, the other pizza I ordered wasn't cut all the way through. I called to voice my concerns, and the girl on the phone apologized and offered to remake it. However, my wife had just returned home with the pizza after a long day at work, so we really didn't want to make the trip back for a replacement.
Not happy with the pizza. We order a BBQ chicken. It came with no sauce. The other pizza I ordered wasn't cut all the way threw. I called and complained. The girl on the phone said sorry she did offer to remake it however my wife just got home withit after work last thing we want to to is go all the way back down there for the replacement.

Customer service was unbeatable. The pizza however was horrible. The dough was gummy and undercooked, the toppings were scarce and the crust was about 2 . It was new years eve and they were busy, so maybe it's a one off. If I go back in a few weeks and get a good pizza I'll update this review to reflect.
