This restaurant is relatively new, having recently changed from Greenbelt to Greenspot and only being open for a few months. The 5-star reviews that can be found are actually for the previous restaurant that was in this location, under different ownership. On a beautiful Memorial Day weekend, the restaurant was empty except for one other couple. Despite the lack of customers, we decided to give it a try as we were too hungry to wait at other restaurants with long lines. This new (opened about September 2023) sit down cafe is very interesting. They have some great pastries and desserts in their case. Their menu has some interesting choices. For this our first trip, we ordered pastrami sandwich, portobello mushroom sandwich, avocado toast, and a salmon platter. The salmon platter did not have a description in the menu. It turned out to be a toasted bagel with lox, and a salad. Accoutrements included capers, cream cheese, and chopped red onion. Their bagel was thin. The salmom lox was passable. Located on a pier, this laidback restaurant specializes in French cuisine. I visited for brunch with coworkers after a relay race and enjoyed a satisfying meal. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating options and accepts credit cards and cash. It is also kid-friendly. I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! I usually don't leave reviews, but this place is worth it. Alex was a fantastic server and suggested the original Marys sandwich, which was delicious. I liked greenbelt, but I'm a little torn. the flat plate was delicious! the mushroom pizza, however, was somewhat disappointing. a good culinary experience. Oh, the waitress brought me to a delicious IPO beer?

I have been a resident of this area for many years, and I can confidently say that this restaurant on the pier serves the best meal I have ever had. Additionally, they have been awarded a Blue Zone sticker.
