Partly Uber's fault, but I ordered a breakfast at 9 AM and it arrived at 12:30 PM with nothing we ordered, cold, and partly missing. I called the store three times, but the person on the phone was very rude, lied on two occasions, and hung up. They said nothing could be done unless I go through Uber. Now I’m £20 down with nothing to show for it because the order was wrong and cold. Very disappointing. Service: Delivery Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £20–30
As I entered Greggs, I was immediately hit by an unpleasant draft. A strange smell caught my attention, and after cautiously sniffing twice beneath my nose, I was overwhelmed by a pungent odor that twisted my face into a look of disgust.
