I've written a review for this restaurant before, but for some reason, it has disappeared! However, every time we visit, we have a wonderful experience! The food is not only delicious but also bursting with flavor. I also appreciate how the owner engages with customers—it adds a lovely and respectful touch! We truly enjoy dining here and will definitely keep coming back for the fantastic food. During our last visit, we noticed that the bread is no longer bottomless, which was a bit disappointing. We really love their garlic bread and wish they hadn't made this change.
This restaurant does not justify its prices. From reviewing others' opinions, it seems that either the quality has recently dropped or many customers might not know what to anticipate from a restaurant at this price level. While the service was quick and friendly, the overall experience fell short. The cutlery was greasy, and my water glass had a smear of lipstick left by a previous guest. The garlic bread was drenched in oil, as evidenced in the photos. I ordered the rigatoni al Capone, but the pasta was both tasteless and overcooked.
I can’t speak highly enough about the flavors, the food, and the service. We started with the calamari, which was crispy and light—absolutely to die for. The scampi came with a wonderful white wine garlic sauce, and we also enjoyed some broccolini. We couldn't resist trying a pound of their in-house buffalo wings, which were fantastic. For dessert, we saved tiramisu and chocolate cake for later. This has been the best local dining experience since the pandemic began, and I can’t wait to have another meal here!
We dined at Gregorio's Trattoria for the first time this weekend to celebrate Valentine's Day. We chose this restaurant because of its excellent reviews and the convenience of making a reservation via OpenTable. Upon arrival, we found it to be quite busy and ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes. The menu featured a diverse selection, and we decided to order the personal supreme pizza as an appetizer. To our surprise, it was larger than we expected, and we couldn’t finish it all.

After getting a coupon for a free pizza, I decided to give this place a try. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the excellent customer service, which is always a great indicator. When I opened the pizza box, I was blown away by the stunning presentation and the high quality of both the crust and the toppings. The pizza tasted incredible and was quite satisfying. I honestly think it outshines Potomac Pizza in every aspect. I will definitely be coming back again!
Fantastic pizza and outstanding service! The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the food was truly delicious. The mussels were fresh and the marinara sauce was remarkable. Brian, the manager, was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered valuable insights into the different tomato sauces, all of which were excellent. Be sure to save room for their homemade tiramisu—it's a must! Mr. Gregorio, we will certainly be back soon. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
I believe I’ve discovered true love! I ordered the Penne Vodka, and it was so delicious that I struggled to stop eating even after I was full. It was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was exceptional—polite, professional, and prompt. While the Saltimbocca could have had a bit more flavor, the chicken was cooked to perfection. Is this what Italian heaven feels like?
Gregorios provides amazing food, exceptional service, and a cozy, welcoming ambiance. It's our favorite restaurant and establishes the benchmark for all others.
