Our family of 5 dropped into Grill'd for a burger movie ticket Friday night out. The friendly staff greeted us with a friendly smile and quickly found us comfy seats. The menu has enough options to suit each of our tastes and preferences, yum....We ordered, received our movie ticket vouchers and had our burgers delivered in super quick time all for $22ea. We chose: 2x different vegetarian burgers Garden Goodness Hemp Therapea; 1x Zen Hen; a Beef Mini Me; and 1x Almighty. We took ourselves to Grill'd in Woden for a working lunch and I ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad and I was thoroughly disappointed in all the cos lettuce leaves having brown ends, which is an indicator that the lettuce was cut some time ago, and...well before being actually used in my salad. The egg was not runny and there was hardly any bacon, let alone crispy bacon anywhere to be seen in the entire dish. My work colleagues had various burgers and they all agreed that it was mediocre at best. We may give this place another shot, maybe the service and service will improve to some degree making the food edible
We had our first and last Grill'd meal last night. The food portions are so small it's ridiculous. I can see how they can claim to be healthy. My daughters kids meal left even the smallest 9 year old still feeling hungry! Do not waste your time with the avocado chips they were terrible and the sweet potato fries were no better. They pushed about one dozen of them into the thimble sized serving cup and served them to us cold and soggy. $16 for a burger that you can get from Macdonald's for a third of the price!! We will not be going back to any Grill'd.
This was my first time at this restaurant. They didn't serve coffee, but honestly, with the delicious food they offer, who needs it? The avocado chips were amazing, I've never seen anything like them before! They were to die for. The salad we both ordered was excellent as well. The portion size was good, the prices were reasonable, and the food was healthy and fresh. The seating options both inside and outside were comfortable, and even the outdoor seating was quiet enough for us to have a normal conversation.

most disappointed the cant cook sweet potato chips, our chips were in the middle raw and when we complained the second batch were also raw. sweet potato chips should not be cut into wedges, should be the place so that the middle is cooked. they also read two articles re: management practices of their employees underpaid and workers exploited and the treatment of franchise owners. the article is from the abc, check it out. very bad and will not eat it there again
as usual, the Grill’d burger and sweet potato chips were not disappointed. service was a little slow for online ordering, but eating was well packed and well cooked. good priced when considering mcdonalds is in these days about the same for a great meal. the trüffelburger really beautiful and will have it again!
I thought I'd make another grill. cold meat on burgers and burned bungalows. the first burger meat came out cold. I'm sure she sent it back. the ersatzburgerbunker was burned and the meat was again cold. chips were over fried and had taste burned. epic fail.
Great Service. A good selection of meals with something for everyone. I like the way they were happy to individualize meals for those fussy eaters which we had a few . No cheese, No carrot etc etc. Your Chips are always good.... Price is...ok too.

I needed a quick lunch before a date and was pleased that my food was ready in just 10 minutes. The assistant manager was very polite and helpful. I would definitely return to this restaurant.
Yummy burgers and sweet potato fries. Some of the meals are too big but the sliders are smaller. Very thorough kids menu for different ages.
