Let 's start with the positive aspects. The food is undeniably excellent. The flavors were well-balanced and the portion size was more than satisfying. The biggest disappointment, however, was the service itself. Not only did we wait for 40 minutes to get our order of a panini and soup, our server, Sydney, unfortunately, left much to be desired. Not only did she seem overwhelmed and disorganized, but she also made unnecessary comments to me about this is not fast food. Obviously. Update: We brought family (5 people total) that were visiting out of state here to show how good the food is. Everything came out lukewarm/cold again. Everyone received their food at different times and everyone was halfway done with their meals when mine came out(garbage bowl). Atleast it was hot. We definitely will not brag about this place to anyone again. Coffee was amazing, and the food tasted really good. The only complaint is that the food came out lukewarm.
Not a great first experience. The food was fine from the brunch menu and the cobb salad that my friend got was solid. The server didn't check on us very often while the very slow process of preparing our meal occured. The server was friendly enough when she did show up. I would give them 5 stars if they served breakfast during the weekdays. Breakfast is my favorite meal there. Lunch is hit or miss for me. I would highly recommend trying their sandwiches, as they were delicious. The restaurant had plenty of parking available, including free street parking options. Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience and would definitely return in the future.
The ice cream sandwiches are great for dunking in your coffee! This restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating options. The food and service are both good.
