Came to visit today with a group of kids around 445 pm. We reviewed the menu and proceeded to the cash register to place our orders. There were signs all over the tables and chairs that said no dine in... not sure why. There were two staff members standing around talking. Neither of them greeted us and we were the only ones inside. The young guy at the register told us that the fryer was out so we couldn't order any chicken strips or anything fried. I asked him what do you have? He rudely remarked anything that doesn't need to be fried... Rude and uncalled for. He said it with a nasty and condescending tone. We put our chips away and proceeded to leave. He proceeds to say have a nice day! Ag...
I was greeted with just a stare, without a "hello" or "May I help you?" I tried to remain polite, but when I sat down to eat, the staff member called out for me to come and get my food. I couldn’t believe it. She didn’t even take the time to bring my food to me, despite the fact that I tipped her. There was no thank you or any acknowledgment of my tip. The customer service at this establishment is completely lacking. It's a shame.

I experienced very poor service from the staff. Despite the restaurant being empty, I had to ask to be served. When I inquired about the menu, neither of the employees could provide any information about the food. To make matters worse, one of the employees was wearing yoga pants with the words "b*tch department" printed on them, which I found unprofessional. Overall, the service and professionalism of the staff left much to be desired.
The place looked like it was closing at 1:00 on a Wednesday with all of the chairs up. I ordered a Polish dog with everything. I got an over steamed split Polish dog, ketchup was missing and the bun was not even steamed or warmed. Very dissapointed to pay $5.50 for a sad weiner. I will give the staff credit for slicing a fresh tomato for me though!

No other customers in the Haus when I went there, ordered a hot dog and a polish dog from the rather bored looking teenagers running the place, and got a decent if very average couple of dogs. Not overpriced but also not that interesting for taste. An ok place if you happen to be walking by but not a destination.
Kinda hard to experience a chili dog when its smuthered in chilli n cheese.. thx for the humongous serving but i cant enjoy my dog because i have to now eat it with a fork spoon and knife.Food: 3/5
love this place is cute and all staff are extremely friendly Raul and Anaya love to see them when i come in they are so welcoming , food is great ambience is great!
I felt they were extremely overpriced. $17 for a fountain drink, a chicken strip, and a hot dog. Mediocre food.

Idunno but last night I had a big hot dog and fry's milkshake , and I woke up with a quesy stomach.
They were incredibly helpful when I was in a tough situation. I can't thank them enough! Food: 5/5
