If you and your family enjoy a weekly taco Tuesday do not come here. The decor literally attacked us. A glass decoration fell off of the wall and crashed onto my daughter. I cut my hands picking up huge pieces of glass so I could extract her from the booth. Staff didn’t seem concerned in the slightest. Our Spanish speaking friend overhead a staff member say “Watch out that one speaks Spanish.” Staff was wildly unhelpful and seemed more concerned with cleaning up and flipping the table than customer service. When it came time to pay it all had to be on one bill when we had multiple parties as one does on taco Tuesdays when you are sharing a meal between families. A huge inconvenience for ever...
I have been to multiple restaurants here in mt. pleasant on vacation and Guadalajara has been the best place we have been yet! The food was exceptional, I got the street tacos Al pastor and they were the best street tacos I’ve ever had they were amazing! The sauce that came with it was like a habanero sauce on the tacos and I don’t like spicy food much but I couldn’t stop eating it! The waiter was extremely helpful and was the best waiter we have had here! I can’t say enough about the quality of the food, the prices and just what a great place this was to eat! If you are in my pleasant don’t skip this Restaurant!
Absolutely the worst dining experience ever. A huge ceramic display fell off the wall and crashed into the table. My niece was injured. The staff didn’t even bother to inquire if she was injured. And, she was. The service was terrible , there was no apology from the wait staff or management. The food was horrible and overpriced. I ordered nachos. Basically, it was chips with cheese. No lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños. At a minimum, the meal should have been comped. But no, they insisted the bill be paid on one ticket rather than individual tickets. Unbelievable!!!
The food and service was great and the place was clean. My family from N.C. and I enjoyed it and we will be back. Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu
