Place was very expensive for the amount of food they gave you and it was not good at all. We were seated by this older couple that spoke so loud I left there with a headache. They also took a really long time to bring us out our food. We had no liquor, no dessert, 1 appetizer and our dinner plate and 2 cups of soda and we paid $180 for a hand full of food. Then we ended up having acid reflux from the fried calamari, which I think must of been cooked in old oil. The 5 pieces of sushi tasted like refrigerator not even fresh. I would not recommend this place at all.
I went there over the weekend for my daughter sweet 16, her choice. Food wasn’t good, only the appetizer was ok. One thing I realize they were singing happy birthday to other table after I told the waitress it’s my daughters birthday she send someone else at the take with the cake he just place it on the table no one sing happy birthday. The Wednesday Wine Dinner Price Fix Dinner at H2O in Smithtown is the best deal on Long Island for fine dining and wining!! At $40 for an exceptional three course meal that may feature Black Sea Bass, Filet Mignon or another outstanding main course plus an optional $15 for wines tailored to each course it’s the BEST. We had the best experience tonight!! Emily, our waitress was a superstar! She made sure everything we ordered was prepared the way we wanted and she kept a close eye on us! We all know the food at H2O is good, but Emily took our experience to the highest level! We can't wait to go back ... of course we're requesting Emily to be our server!
